Shipping Destinations

Auralin currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll email you.

Shipping Method, Cost & Delivery Times

Shipping is FREE for all U.S. Canada orders.
All customers receive Express shipping.

Estimated delivery time (after processing): 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers

We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and the fastest, most reliable option available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

You may request an address change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be modified.

To request a change, contact us as soon as possible at help@cleanhelo.com with your order number.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • PO Boxes: Supported (typically shipped via USPS).

  • APO/FPO/DPO: Not supported at this time.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages (Replacement Guarantee)

If your package is lost, missing, or marked “delivered” but not received, contact us at help@cleanhelo.com and we will replace your order.

We may request additional details to help locate the package (such as confirming the shipping address), but our goal is to get your replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us at help@cleanhelo.com with

  • Your order number

  • A couple of clear photos showing the damage (and packaging if possible)

After review, we will:

  1. Send you a free replacement, and

  2. Provide a 50% OFF discount for your next purchase.
